„Das Beste ist die Lage, ansonsten eher Mittelklasse!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, mitten in der Altstadt bei der Kathedrale und dennoch ruhig. Schönes Gebäude.

Das Zimmer und Einrichtung sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. In der Dusche stand das Wasser und kaum Möglichkeiten Sachen aufzuhängen. Frühstück eher mittelmäßig. Vier Sterne verwunderlich!

An excellent hotel in a central location.

The location was in the old town near to all the sights. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful, efficient and friendly and had excellent English. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Not much fresh fruit and a restricted choice of cereals.

Lovely hotel in perfect location

Excellent location, all staff were extremely pleasant and helpful (including the lovely cleaners). The bed, pillows and sheets were wonderfully comfortable and the shower was very impressive wirh masses of very hot water.

The high tech features were not as impressive as when we previously stayed. There's a real need for some ongoing maintenance (curtains, lights, shower controls, etc) High tech hotel - low tech maintenance!

All receptionists very friendly and helpful. There is a chance to leave the luggage on the day of departure.

Cleaning staff could be more quiet. No need to shout on corridors.

room was clean with good heating and natural light.

Rooms were uninspiring and very plastic. Given the age of the building, exposed walls and some exposed ceiling would have made a huge differece.

« Un bel hôtel au coeur du Vieux Girona »

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement au pied de la cathédrale tout en étant un peu éloigné des bars et autres lieux de festivité appréciables en soirées et un peu moins pour passer une nuit au calme. De ce fait, l'hôtel est très calme. Au rdc, une exposition sur Dali permet de profiter de l'artiste catalan. La suite en duplex offre une superbe vue sur l'église et la vieille ville, le lit est confortable et l'espace relaxation à l'étage permet de profiter d'un temps calme. De jolies prestations pour un bel endroit

La situation, le bâtiment de l'hôtel qui est un véritable musée rempli d'œuvres d'art dans des murs médiévaux. Le parking souterrain de l'hotel àccessible uniquement par des voitures de taille moyenne.

Le petit déjeuner qui est correct sans plus mais par a la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Le réglage de la douche avec laquelle nous nous sommes ébouillantes.

« Bon établissement, ou nous reviendrons. »

La bienveillance du personnel, L’emplacement idéal pour la vieille ville et ses commerces, le calme, le garage juste en face de l’entrée, le thème de l’hôtel.

Les interrupteurs d’éclairage de la chambre inopérants. Wifi très instable, il a fallu le réinstaller plusieurs fois.

« Un hôtel parfaitement situé pour faire du tourisme. »

Un emplacement parfait pour visiter. Il y a un parking fermé. La chambre est bien, spacieuse. La déco "type Dali" est jolie. Le personnel est agréable.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être mieux, et la taille de la salle de petit déjeuner est petite. Pour le parking, les grosses voitures ne peuvent pas y rentrer.

« Peut être sommes nous mal tombé c'est dommage car l'emplacement est vraiment TOP. »

Nous sommes peut être mal tombé mais rien ne s'est passé comme attendu Nous avons donc surtout apprécié l'emplacement en plein centre historique ainsi que le bâtiment de l'hôtel qui lui même est un lieu issus du patrimoine.

Malheureusement rien n'a était comme il le fallait Chambre pas très propre , un des peignoirs avec des traces suspectes dessus accroché dans la SDB , Ménage pas vraiment réalisé dans la SDB. Peu de lumières dans les chambres. Une des lumière sur pied était cassé avec fils apparents risquant de vous électrocuter. Mini Bar mais pas d'ouvre bouteilles , Le salon de la suite se trouve en Mezzanine ainsi donc que le mini bar il aurait était préférable que le lit soit en haut et le salon en bas. Parking très petit et difficile d'accès. Ne pas y aller si l'on a une grosse ou grande voiture. Au petit déjeuné la machine à café n'a jamais fonctionné durant 2 jours ce fut qu'au dernier jour qu'elle à fonctionnée.
